Parents are always welcome to stay. We have seating for approximately 6 adults. In addition, some standing room available as well ***Please note our parties are high energy with lots of movements, we kindly ask the parents/non participating siblings to please stay clear of services being performed, activities or dancing so that we can provide the best party entertainment experience for your guests, If siblings are participating in the party in any way, they must be included in the final guest count so we can ensure we have enough party leaders.

Yes, Just let us know ahead of time so we can accommodate you with (plates, napkins, eating utensils, cups) With EVERY PARTY, we provide complimentary cupcakes and drinks. YOU DONT HAVE TO BRING CAKE....We provide the sweets for you :) If you decide to bring a cake, we will NOT order cupcakes. The price will not be prorated as that is included.

We service girls age 3-13 years of age. We have found that the older girls above 13 feel they have outgrown this setting.

Please let your guests know that Iphone maps may take them to the wrong location, it is best to use Google Maps. Please remove ALL fingernail and toenail polish PRIOR to the party. This will ensure a smooth spa party experience. It will make it easier for our spa associates to do their job pampering your princess. If there is GEL POLISH on, we WILL NOT REMOVE IT. there will be no proration on that service.

please make sure they are removed before the party. WE WILL NOT remove acrylics or gel nail polish. if you would like to switch out a service and get feet instead of nails there is an up charge for it. You would just need to pay for that specific service per girl.

Yes, however; keep in mind that Sugar Woogars Kids Spa has a COMPLETELY decorated facility. We want to provide an environment where we PROVIDE EVERYTHING! that includes decorations, plates, cups, silverware, napkins, & balloons. Our space has Balloon arches, and all the decor your party needs. If you want to bring something else, please let us know ahead of time.

P-L-E-A-S-E DO NOT come EARLY....... DO NOT COME EARLY...5 minutes before your party is fine however please remain in your car until the EXACT time of your party! We must sanitize in between parties to prevent the spread of germs and disease. Please allow us the proper time to do so. When your Party is over, PLEASE leave expeditiously. We must prepare for the NEXT party. If you are still waiting on parents to come and pick up their kids, you MUST wait in the car. We need the time to clean and sanitize for the next party.

At this time, due to the Pandemic, We work by reservation/appointment only for our parties and day spa. We are available during the week Wednesday- Friday 4:30-pm 8pm and Saturday 10:00-6pm Sunday 1:00-6pm for birthday parties and spa appointments. We do not accept walk-ins, but will do our best to work you in. Please BOOK ONLINE to reserve an appointment time or Party Slot.

For single services, - NOTHING! You are all set! *For birthday parties, Make sure to sign your party agreement and send it back.....it is sent immediately after you book your appointment to the email you used at booking. Make sure to send a picture of your daughter so that we can complete the party favors for her party! send the picture via text to 913-777-1979. Please include her Name, Age, and Party date. ( we need this as soon as you book your party) *Please Look for your invoice to pay the remaining balance it is due 7 days prior to your party-- You will receive it 24-48 hours after you book your party or once we receive the signed party agreement. (whichever comes first)

we use gel polish for a long lasting effect! to remove simply use acetone and a cotton ball.

For single services you are required to pay small deposit at the time of booking. The remaining amount will be due at the end of your service. For Parties, The deposit of 75$, $100, or $200 is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 1 week (7 days) before your party. You will receive an invoice 7 days before your party date via the email you used when you booked your party.
